Port Royal Speedway and Eriez Speedway

CONCORD, NC— July 27, 2017—Only two drivers remain from the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series original Dirty Dozen formed in 2004: Rick Eckert and Chub Frank. For 14 years the pair has traveled countless of miles around the nation visiting different tracks with the Series. On August 19 and 20 the Series will return to their homestate of Pennsylvania for the second time this season for back-to-back races at Port Royal Speedway and Eriez Speedway.

Getting Down in Georgetown

The Outlaws prepare for their one and only stop in Delaware

CONCORD, NC— July 25, 2017— The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series is heading to Georgetown Speedway on August 17, 2017 for the Fulton Bank 40. This upcoming shootout is the only time the Series will invade Delaware during the 2017 season.

CONCORD, NC— July 17, 2017— The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series will head to Wisconsin to spearhead the month of August with an action packed first five days of the month. Two events back-to-back will be a nice tune-up leading into the USA Nationals at Cedar Lake Speedway for the biggest payout of the season— $50,000.

Penalty Report

CONCORD, N.C. — July 13, 2017 — World Racing Group has announced penalties in the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Models Series. Per the Series rulebooks and the integrity of the sport, such infractions shall be announced. Members in good standing have the right to appeal the decision to the World Racing Group Appeals Commission as provided in Section 12 of the General Rules and Specifications.

Release Halfway2

Midway Mark on the 2017 Season

CONCORD, NC — July 7, 2017— The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series will tip over the halfway mark of the 2017 season following the upcoming Midwest swing through Minnesota and North Dakota. By the halfway mark, the Series has visited 16 states of the 21 listed on the schedule, including one Canadian providence.

World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series Schedule Change

 
CONCORD, N.C.-July 6, 2017-A last-minute change in North Central Speedway's promotional assets has required the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series to remove the event on Saturday, July 15, from its 2017 Series schedule.
 
Conversations between track management and World of Outlaws officials for a future date are ongoing.
 
The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series will invade Minnesota beginning Saturday, July 8 at Deer Creek Speedway for the traditional Gopher 50 event. The Series heads to Ogilvie Raceway on Wednesday, July 12, with a stop at Hibbing Raceway on Thursday, July 13 before heading to Grand Forks, N.D., on Friday July 14 at River Cities Speedway.

The Georgia Bulldog Looks to Repeat His Past Success in the Midwest

CONCORD, NC— July 3, 2017—  On July 12 the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series will head to Ogilvie Raceway for the second time ever. During the inaugural visit last year, 2016 Series Champion Josh Richards held off a late charge from 2015 Series Champion Shane Clanton, who found his way to second from a ninth-place start.

Outlaws vs. Summer Nationals canceled at Terre Haute Action Track

Showdown heads to Federated Auto Parts at I-55 Raceway

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.— June 30, 2017— The showdown between the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series versus the DIRTcar Summer Nationals at Terre Haute Action Track has been canceled due to a heavy afternoon storm paired with persistent rain throughout the rest of the day. The traveling tours stacked with the best Dirt Late Model drivers in the world are headed to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO on Saturday to kick off the month of July.
